You will also have an opportunity to attend a 4-H veterinary science camp. The program is open to students at participating high schools, 4-H programs, and as an independent self-study program. There are two components to the program: curriculum and apprenticeship. Students complete 75 core lessons and 25 lessons in their chosen career track: clinical, laboratory science, or One Health. The two-day virtual camp will give participants the opportunity to explore the possibilities of veterinary medicine as a career.
Participants will attend special sessions, and discover the broad diversity of career opportunities available to graduates with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
