Scsi controller windows xp driver

I went to the Seagate site looking for a driver but found none. I assume this computer came with windows Also, I could only find a windows driver for the controller.

Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Hopefully, someone can help me and I'll somehow be able to return the favor. Device manager sees the adapter and drive with no problems. I cannot get a drive letter though.

When I go to Disk Management, the drive won't show up. I don't see it in the BIOS either. I experimented with the jumper settings, but no combination seemed to work.
